FREE advice during Open Office Hours

Open Office is for you if:

• You're thinking of starting an online business
  and would like to speak to someone about
  your ideas.
• You have an online business, are stuck on a particular aspect and would like some advice.
• You have a technical query and would like
  some help.

How Open Office Works

Firstly, make sure you follow me on Twitter and are signed up to receive free article notifications as this is where I'll announce the Open Office sessions.

Next, contact me with your question/request. Be sure to include all of your details so that I can reply.

Finally, when the office is 'open' we'll either speak on the phone (I'll call your landline anywhere in the world at my expense) or, where appropriate, use screen-sharing software to carry out a demo or remote support.

Please note that the free Open Office sessions are limited to 15 minutes. This ensures that I can provide free assistance to as many people as possible.

Open Office is provided here free of charge. You can, of course, contact me for assistance - but please note that I do charge for all consultancy work outside of Open Office hours as this is how I earn my living.
